T-Shirt Design is Finalized and Friday June 6, 2025 is the Deadline for T-Shirt orders ! T-Shirts orders are only accepted with completed and paid in full Registrations as the T-Shirts have to be paid for up front.

Additionally, you can register onsite but keep in mind registering onsite does not allow for adequate planning for feeding in excess of 300 individuals for multiple meals. Please try to register ahead of time if at all possible to avoid confusion with planning in mind.
Planning is Essential and cannot be done on the spot, especially SPECIAL DIETARY CONCERNS. If you are Vegan or Vegetarian please indicate it on the Registration form in the provided space next to the individuals name. We are in the process of contracting out vendors for meals and there will be no onsite preparation of meals. We can only plan for dietary concerns AHEAD OF TIME and only if we know them. All contracts for Food will signed by May 5, 2025, therefore the deadline deadline to discuss dietary concerns is May 1, 2025.
